Player refunds will be given according to the guidelines below. *Please note that at all stages the Field Development Fee is non-refundable.

•  Any withdrawals from the current OMM season before June 1st will result in full refund (Less Field Development Fee) .
   
•  Withdrawals from June 2 - July 1st = Full refund less a $30.00 administration fee and Field Development Fee.
   
•  Withdrawals from July 2 - August 31 = Full refund less a $60.00 administration fee and Field Development Fee.. 
   
  

•  After August 31= NO REFUND
   

* Note: If a player drops because of a medical necessity within the first two weeks of the season, and has a note from a doctor attesting to that necessity, the league may extend the date after which no refund is given. Accordingly, for those players only, the former timeline and refund amounts are in effect until September 1st from which point a player with a note from a doctor attesting to the medical necessity of a drop could still receive a full refund less a $60.00 fee and Field Development Fee if that refund is requested within the first four weeks of the season.

•  All refunds will be given on “LAST CHILD” registered prices per family.
   
•  All withdrawals must be made in writing (e-mail or letter) with postmark as proof of date. Upon receipt of e-mail or letter, the league will send back an e-mail or letter to serve as confirmation that we have received the withdrawal notice. Confirmation is sent right away- if you do not receive confirmation you should assume the league did not receive notice and contact them again. Refunds will be processed in the manner payment was made according to our policy on the website. Please allow 3 weeks if by check, 5 weeks if by credit card, and let us know if it does not arrive within that time frame.

OMM Soccer has put this refund policy in place with consideration for all parties. As many of you know, much of our work is done prior to the start of the season. By the start of the season, although it seems like your child has just started to play, many of our operational costs have already been incurred.
